Hiya! My name is Johnell, also known as Nell. My journey as an artist began when I was young enough to hold a pencil. My grandfather taught me to draw a tree. It was a gift that I cherish to this day.

I've always been interested in the dark, the strange, and the weird. I was that little strange girl in class who loved ghosts and ghouls and read stories and poems by Edgar Allan Poe. It's a phase I never grew out of.

Prior to deciding to open an online shop, I've worked as an illustrator for independent roleplaying games and projects and a character designer in the animation industry. I've also vended at small art events throughout Southern California selling my own art and merchandise featuring the Plague Doctor.

Now, I want to share my love of the dark and macabre to those who were the strange ones in class and to show that there is nothing wrong with being yourself.
